Name of the Post - Branch Manager- Commercial Banking
Location: Metro, Across India.
Key Deliverable
Overlook and generate sales - Trade and CMS Fees; Average Current Account Float; Forex Turnover through Inward and Outward remittances and Inward and Outward Collection Bills and mobilisation of Fixed Deposits at Card rates.
The incumbent is expected to lead a team of Account and Trade Managers. Core delivery of aforementioned parameters are judged both in absolute terms and in terms of penetration per client.
Key Skills
Hands on experience of Trade Finance and Documentary Credits.Sound knowledge of RBI regulations on Imports, Exports, ECB, Overseas Direct investments, Foreign Direct Investments etc; DGFT rules; Exim Policy etc.
Sound knowledge of ICC rules on Documentary Credits, Relationship banking skills, Ability to manage multiple interfaces.
Qualifications- Graduates/Post Graduates with minimum 8 of experience in Commercial Banking/Trade Finance.
Name of the Post - Corporate Banking Group - Credit
Location: Metro, Across India.
Key Deliverables
Guide team to conduct credit appraisal of business proposal and process appraisal for COD / COE for appropriate credit sanctions.
Developing and structuring new products in order to mitigate credit risk. Liaise and resolve all post sanction issue relating to documentation, compliance etc.
Establish benchmark processes and systems in credit assessment areas and support Client Banker in achievement of business targets.
Responsible for the audit and compliance of credit portfolio. Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections.

Qualifications MBA/CA with 3 to 8 yrs of Experience.
Name of the Post - Corporate Banking Group - Relationship Manager
Location: Metro, Across India.
Key Deliverables
Relationship Management- Effective client relationship management to originate business & service client needs on commercial banking, investment banking and international banking products. Specifically, you will determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements.
Target Orientation - Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance will be your goal.
Product structuring - Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals.
Team Management - Driving and directing the team of Associate relationship managers and product managers to drive business profitability and growth.
Key Skills
Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
Good credit knowledge for deal structuring and knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.

Key Deliverables
Active co-ordination with various investors (Banks, MF, Insurance etc) to sell the credit facilities.
Involve in origination & structuring of deals under OFS book to meet client requirement and suit investor’s appetite.
Manage execution of deals including preparation of IM, Interaction with rating agencies, trust, investors, Client and also internal coordination between the Legal, Risk and Compliance teams .
Engage with all the internal business groups like corporate banking, government banking, small enterprises, micro-finance teams for sourcing of syndicatable loans.
Key Skills
Strong relationship skills with credit background. Sound knowledge of the Indian money markets that needs to be tracked on a regular basis.
Qualifications- MBA/CA with 3 to 8 yrs of Experience.
